I really wanted to go to that show so bad, but I was to shy to ask my dad for money, because I was afraid he said no. But in the end he didn’t so I ordered everything I needed (tickets, flight, train) and prepared for that day. I made a hard candy costume (picture following) and prepared mentally for the night of my life!
So I decided not to go to sleep the day before, because I would’ve had to get up at 02:30am and I was too afraid to miss the train. My mom got me to the station and I sat in the train for like 5 hours to get to the airport. When I arrived at the airport I ran all the way to the gate because I was too excited and I couldn’t wait any longer. Unfortunately the plane didn’t fly earlier because I ran, so I had to wait for another 45 minutes. When we were finally allowed to enter the plane I couldn’t hide my excitment any longer and I smiled all the way to Manchester. Then I arrived at MAN at about 11:15am and took the train to Manchester city and then the bus to the Manchester Evening News Arena. I met Sarah, Megan and Jennifer. We had to wait for another 5 hours to get in, so we tried waisting our time by playing hangman and drawing pictures of the stage.

Then at about 6pm we finally got in, which means we got into another area to wait. We had to stay infront of different doors, and because I didn’t understand the system I stood quite in the back. Above all, I lost Sarah, Megan and Jennifer but I didn’t want to lose my place so I didn’t know what to do. Thank God Sarah found me and I had at least one kitten I knew. Then they finally opened the doors and we got in, unfortunately we had to go down very small stairs. And when like 200 people wanna get down one stairway it becomes a bit troubled. When we arrived on the save floor we WANTED to run to the stage, but some “nice” security man kept us from running and told us to calm down (Hello? How can you calm down in that situation?). Surprise, surprise…we got to the FIRST ROW right at the corner of the catwalk. Then we had to sit on the floor for like 30 minutes (WHUT?). During that time Leah and another one of Katys dancers came to us and asked some other kittens with a “Heintz Beanz” costume to take pictures in order to upload them on twitter. It was quite funny, since I didn’t realized that it was Leah and that I normally like it. I was just sooooo excited to finally see Katy again.

Then after another 30 minutes of waiting Oh Land finally started to play their show. They were quite good. I knew some of their songs and I think if they work hard enough they could get really succesful. After their performance the most amazing DJ of all time came on Stage. DJ fucking Skeet Skeet :) He rocked the building with his awesome remixes and prepared the crowd to party when Katy appears on stage.
Then, finnally, our time had come and the intro of the California Dreams Tour started playing. I knew every word by heart and I was hypnotized watching it. Then when Katy finally appeared on Stage I was confused. I saw Katys dress and I saw her hair, but her face seemed weird. Something was wrong, but I didn’t know what it was, until I realized that she wore a Rihanna mask.
Her show was even better than her show in march, which totally blowed me away. I don’t wanna tell everything about her show here, because I don’t know if any of you haven’t seen the show yet, and I don’t wanna destroy your excitement….Just a few photos, since I’m sure you’ve all seen her outfits by now.

After the show Megan and Jennifer had to leave unfortunately and Sarah and I decided to go to the backstage entrance in hope to meet her by chance. On the way, I saw DJ Skeet Skeet and we walked over to him and took pictures. He said he likes my jacket which was really awesome for me :)

Ten minutes later, without any sign of Katy, we left the backstage entrance, because it became freakin cold and it started raining.
So overall it was an amazing day, and it was totally worth spending all the money and time to see her again. I would do it everytime again.
So thanks Sarah for convincing me to finally ask my dad and for taking all these awesome pictures. Thanks papa and grandpa for paying all that money for me, it really meant the world to me. And thenks to all the other people who gave me some money (which allowed me to buy the white tour shirt) and to my friends for saying that I’m crazy, jk.
And last but not least Thanks Katy Perry for being who you are. You are the reason why I am who I am. You really helped through a lot of hard times and I thank you for that with every penny I spent, every second I’m thinking of you and every tear you’ve drown with your songs and your amazingess. ♥
I just recorded myself singing California Gurls. I know it’s not that good…just wanted to know what you guys think about it ;)
